Ça a l'air tres beau mais après avoir clické sur une image j'ai eu des pubs en plein écran et j'ai abandonné.
Mais le taf que je vois sur les vignettes m'as l'air bien foutu.
Les rendus m'ont l'air un peu froid et statique.

Salut, très bonne modélisation et largement suffisant pour avoir un rendu qui en pète du fion! :nono:
par contre il manque quelque chose, ce m'étonnerais que ce bâtiment soit au plein milieu de nulle part, essaie peut être avec une photo ou en modélisant les bâtiments autours...
Ensuite l'éclairage est a revoir.... je sais pas si tu utilise AR3 mais tu pourrais aller beaucoup plus loin, je ne connais pas trop AR en général mais d'autre membre devront t'aider...
Pour les points de vue, il faudrait qqchose de plus dynamique, une perspective plus accentué, il faudrait faire des tests..
Si tu possèdes des logiciels de retouches photo, photoshop,etc... il faudrait les retouchés ce qui te donnera un rendu plus fini.

I was saying I like the building but the renders are a little to formal, too cold (imho)

And unfortunately the thumbnails go to a site with advertisement, instead they should link directly to the images

Imageshack sucks
There are a lot of free hosting providers and most of us are (be?) too lazy to click on thumbnails and see advertisement.
We prefer to see the images directly in the post, 740 pixels wide max, with a link to a bigger sized image if you want.
However your work seems to be very nice.
Sorry for my english, I'm afraid it's worst than your french. :wink:

Thank you, base80 and Sir Gong. Your English is excellent, no need to worry or apologize. I understand what you tried to teach me. The presentation of Imageshack pictures seems to have changed lately. It used to show the picture directly in big size. Also I did want to upload smaller size pictures but because of my bad french I could not find out how to do this.
I wonder how I could make less formal and less cold renders. base80, is it a matter of the camera perspective?

be wild and try a green sky, I did it and it was a great success.
Camera positions help too. there is a whole world of rotations there.
Lighting can help too, light can come from the opposite direction.
It all depends on the purpose of the picture, nevertheless on this forum you can show anything you want.

Thank you master, I understand. Maybe I am too conservative and I was too much hooked on making a scene "as in real". It was an amazing load of work though and I was struggling enough to get this. The metal material was a big, big problem. With the first Danel shader I had render times of over 200 hours, no kidding ...

200h??? you must be joking!. A metal is not that difficult some reflection, some bump or one of the maxon metal presets.. Your petrona renders should take less than an hour.

Juste one thing : lack of shadow for your wide views, not enough dark.
About the render time, I'm suprise too. I think that you must check your setup for reflection and transparency.

D'accord, c'est vrai. C'est un grand dilemme pour moi, c'est qu'il jen admire Frenchcinema pour son forum tres vital et pour le qualité de les artistes 3d. C'est difficile du faire du Francais completement seule ici a mon chambre ... (J'ai déjà cinquante-sept ans)
